Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is proud to announce the launch of its new menu at its highly acclaimed Dai Forni restaurant, located on the 21st floor. Guests can now indulge in the finest Italian cuisine, prepared by the expert hands of Chef Luigi Frassanito and the Four Seasons’ culinary team.

On this occasion, Four Seasons Kuwait welcomed a group of VIPs, media personalities, and influencers to celebrate the launch of the new menu, during an event themed La Dolce Vita, ‘The Joy of Life’. To further reinforce this theme, the property extended its invitations in the form of a basil pot, representing the Italian passion for life and the love of food, family, and friends. As a show of its commitment to excellence and support to local talent, the property partnered with local artist Abrar Zenkawi, who designed the basil pots, as an exquisite memento of this unique dining experience.

The evening of fine dining and entertainment showcased the luxurious and indulgent ambiance of the Dai Forni restaurant and offered the guests a one-of-a-kind tasting training session equipping attendees with the skills of professional tasters. This exclusive opportunity to refine their palates was further enhanced by the unique culinary creations, presented by the hotel's talented team, and accompanied by live musical entertainment.

Another highlight of the evening was the display of Trafalgar’s   latest Spring/Summer collection of high-end Italian brands such as Fendi and Furla, as part of the collaboration with Four Seasons Kuwait. The fashion pieces were elegantly displayed throughout the restaurant, complementing the luxurious ambiance of Dai Forni and the overall event theme. Additionally, guests were treated to an acrobatic pizza show, featured by the president of the National Acrobats Italian Pizza Chefs, Mr. Danilo Pagano, adding yet another layer of excitement to the evening.
