Friday is the New Saturday at Brunch Nation

Starting from this Friday 6th January, The Croft’s Brunch Nation will be taking guests on a culinary tour across the Commonwealth, every Friday night. Inspired by a blend of cultures across the Commonwealth Nations, Brunch Nation is a treat for all the senses.

Guests begin their journey in Australia, where they will be served a selection of cold appetizers such as Beets and Broccoli and Smoked Salmon Salad. Then onwards to savour the flavours of Asia, indulging in delicacies of Cantonese Dim Sum; Char Sui Duck and Stir-Fried Noodles.

The journey doesn’t end there, as guests arrive in the Land of Spices where they will enjoy a selection curries and kebabs, like the legendary Butter Chicken, Bhuna Gosht or Kadai Paneer; before making the final stop at the main destination to enjoy Britain classics including everyone’s favourite, Fish & Chips; a traditional lamb roast or Roasted Chicken.

Ending the brunch on the sweetest note, guests can enjoy a selection of traditional sweet treats from the nations. 

Brunch Nation by The Croft is available every Friday from 7PM to 10PM for guests to experience a sensational journey across the Commonwealth!
