Fun day for Emarat Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors in Fujairah

As a part of the team building initiative Emirates General Petroleum Corporation “Emarat”, sent their supervisors and assistant supervisors on two separate fun trips to Fujairah.

Speaking on this initiative Mr. Abdulla Hassan Al Noman, Manager Retail Sales Operations for Emirates General Petroleum Corporation said “This way we can encourage professional bonding and team building amongst our employees. Such initiatives are also a way of saying thank you to our staff for their continued hard work. They deserve a break and we felt sending them to a beach resort will provide the ideal scenario for them to unwind.”

The Emarat employees enjoyed an afternoon filled with sporting activities that included beach volleyball, football, swimming and fishing for the more laid back ones. The area managers from the Emarat head office also accompanied the team of supervisors and assistants supervisors on the 2 trips.

Mr. Abdulla further added “such initiatives will always continue. The feedback from everyone is evidence of the success of doing such events. Happy employees are assets for any organization and these little steps ensure that our staff stay motivated and happier in their respective roles.”
