Gulf Bank is pleased to announce the lucky winner of its Kuwaiti salary account draw. Ms. Fayeza Ahmad Jasem Al Khamis, won Kuwait’s largest salary cash prize of KD250,000 and her name was announced during the draw event held at The Scientific Center located in Salmiya, Kuwait’s premier science and educational organization, on Thursday 8 February 2018.
The winner’s name was also announced live on 88.8 FM Kuwait Pulse radio station, on the ‘Diwaniyat Al Yaqout and Al Ansari’ show, whose presenters were broadcasting live at the event and interacting with the audience.
The event kicked off at 4 pm with a range of children’s activities. Then, the growing crowd of attendees were treated to a special musical performance by Mr. Fahed Al Salem, who sang a medley of Kuwaiti songs, mixing between new and old ones, accompanied by Mr. Mohamad Al Sarraf of The Concert.
Then the exciting main event began with Mr. Mijren Al Mijren and Mr. Nawaf Al Jazzaf from Corporate Communications; in addition to Mr. Ahmad Al Matari, from Human Resources serving as the hosts of the evening and energized the crowd. They also held a special crowd-pleasing activity for children to end the event.
Hundreds of people also registered for a chance to enter Gulf Bank’s exclusive and wildly popular “Catch the Cash” money box game. Once the main event started, participants’ names were selected live through a random raffle by the event hosts. Introduced last year, this game has proven to be a crowd favorite. The game is simple, once selected to play, you enter the box and have 10 seconds to catch as many notes of different denominations as you can. These notes are then exchanged for cash on the spot with the total prize amount being KD 2,000.
Ms. Laila Al-Qatami, Assistant General Manager for Corporate Communications at Gulf Bank noted: “This event was truly fun and lively, we thank everyone who came out to participate and watch the show.
