Hatta Sports Club hosts Football Companies Week’s Events

Hatta Sports Club hosts fruitful events as part of the football companies’ week, which is organized under supervision of Dubai Sports Council to develop the abilities of’ football companies of Dubai clubs in organizational, technical & social fields.
Hatta Club organized various events. In this regard, the grassroots festival was held on the first day with participation of male students of 8 & 9 years old from Hatta schools for boys aiming to encourage these promising students exercise sport & physical activities. The second day’s activities comprised organization of grassroots festival with participation of female students of the same age category from Hatta schools for girls. The Club also organized a workshop at DSC’s premises, lectured by Mr. John Williams, the Sports Manager of Amiens Club of France, and Mr. Rashid Aamir, the Sports Manager of Hatta Football Company. Hatta Club will organize a lecture at its premises on Thursday 16th Feb. on the Importance of Professionalism for Football Academies’ Talents. The events of Hatta Football Companies’ Week will be concluded on Friday 17th Feb. with an open sports day, to be held with participation of Hatta Club’s staff & workers.
Shabab Al-Ahli Football Company will host the events of this program from 20th to 26th Feb. while Al-Wasl Football Company’s events are scheduled from 27th Feb. to 5th March.
The first week’s events were arranged at Al-Nasr Football Company. In this regard, sports activities were held in collaboration with Hemaya Schools and with participation of first football team’s players. Competitions and cultural, sports & entertaining activities were held, targeting players and administrators from all Dubai clubs. Several lectures were presented, the first of which dealt with the features of sports professionalism contracts, while the second lecture discussed the most importance amendments in the secondment contracts. The third lecture reviewed football companies’ sponsors & partnership outputs, and the fourth lecture dealt with the signing of partnerships with community entities regarding the social responsibility of the company. The last day witnessed interactive training for press conferences before & after matches, besides convening of Brainstorming session to show & ratify the best ideas and to gain practical benefits from sports media.
The football companies’ week is organized as part of DSC’s strategic plan to attain excellence & sports achievements through developing the abilities of Dubai sports clubs’ players & administrators.
The one–month football companies’ events are held with participation of the football companies of Dubai’s four clubs; these are Al-Nasr, Al-Wasl, Shabab Al-Ahli & Hatta. Each football company is scheduled to host fruitful events throughout full week.
DSC continues to launch fruitful programs & initiatives in collaboration with various governmental & private sports entities aiming to develop the sports sector in general and the grassroots category in various sports in particular, since they are considered as the future champions who will represent the homeland in various fields. Some of the prominent championships, taking place currently are: Dubai Open Football Academies Tournament / Dubai Open Basketball Academies Tournament / Dubai Grassroots Football Festival – U 8 / Dubai Intercontinental Cup – U 13.
