HMC begins recruitment of applicants from Qatar Career Fair

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has started its drive to recruit 1000 Qataris following a very successful Qatar Career Fair (QCF) 2013.
Hundreds of aspiring candidates visited the Corporation’s stand at the QCF which was held 1-6 April, 2013 at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
HMC - one of the largest government employers in the country - is offering Qatari graduates, undergraduates and those seeking new opportunities a range of rewarding career opportunities.
During the QCF HMC officials received 368 applications from attendees, with 47 initial interviews held during the Fair.
Of those interviewed, 32 were made offers by HMC across a range of job categories.
Of the applications received:
244 applicants were high school graduates.
19 were in their final year of high school.
10 held a diploma.
66 held a Bachelor’s of Masters degree.
HMC is committed to developing its talent and offers scholarships for Qatari nationals in high school and university so they have access to training and education required to further their careers. At the QCF 29 attendees applied for scholarships under this scheme to support their further studies.
