IBQ appoints Andrew Ball Head and Hassan Al Mulla Deputy Head Retail Banking
International Bank of Qatar (ibq) today announced two key executive appointments within Retail Banking. Andrew Ball is appointed Head of Retail Banking while Hassan Al Mulla is appointedDeputy Head of the division. The appointments reflect the bank’s commitment towards employing highly qualified industry experts who bring a wealth of knowledge and experiencefurther enhancingthe bank’s record of success. The new appointments, additionally, underlines ibq’sactive Qatarization scheme particularly in leadership positions.

Before assuming his new post, Andrew was Head of Strategic Projects at ibq, prior to whichhe held senior positions within local and international banks within the Gulf area and Europe.
