Injazat & Emirates Foundation for Youth Development team up for latest Takatof Ramadan Project

Injazat Data Systems has announced that it will once again be lending full support for the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development’s annual Takatof Ramadan Project this 2013.

The Takatof Ramadan Project was first launched in 2007 with the goal of encouraging broader social responsibility via volunteerism. Throughout the years, the initiative has helped in the renovation of mosques and homes of people in need and the allocation of charitable funds for food, school, health, and living expenses.

Injazat constantly engages in various CSR initiatives. It allocates funding for projects such as Takatof to provide support to the UAE community during the month of Ramadan. 

“We have managed to become a successful organization due to the hard work, support and help of people. During Ramadan we make sure that we give back the immense blessings we enjoy to the community through the admirable works of institutions such Emirates Foundation for Youth Development, which has had great success in nurturing the charitable side of the Holy Month via its Takatof Ramadan Project. We truly look forward to giving hope and comfort to those who need them this coming Ramadan,” said Ibrahim M. Lari, CEO, Injazat Data Systems.

Emirates Foundation’s CEO Clare Woodcraft expressed her thanks and gratitude for the generous support extended by Injazat Data Systems, stressing that this contribution reflects the genuine spirit of social responsibility that the company proved to embrace.”

“The volunteers will open dialogue with families and beneficiaries to emphasise significant issues, most important of which is improving family living conditions by highlighting the concept of saving,” Woodcraft said. “Volunteers will encourage families to avoid lavish spending and look at ways to develop family resources,” she added.

The Emirates Foundation for Youth Development is an independent philanthropic organization in Abu Dhabi that facilitates public-private funded initiatives designed to improve the welfare of youth across the UAE. It has helped more than 28,000 young people make positive contributions to their communities through its diverse programs.
