Jafza honours outstanding employees

During the event

Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), the flagship free zone entity of Dubai, honoured 27 employees for their outstanding performance across four different categories viz. Best Deal; Record breaker; Outstanding Performance and Best MSP, in the first quarter of 2015.

Record Breaker Award was given to employees who have processed the largest number of transactions without any error while “Best MSP Award” was given to employees who completed the Multi Service Professional (MSP) course with 90 and above score.

Adel Bin Turkeya, Chief Resources Officer commenting on the awards said:

“The awards aim at motivating employees to excel in tasks they are assigned with, using innovative approach making the entire work culture and environment in the Free Zone more friendly and seamless. The initiative is part of Jafza’s human resources conviction that considers “people” its biggest asset. We plan to honour employees in the above categories four times in a year for their outstanding performance and their contribution in making customer services more efficient and seamless.”

The event was attended by senior officials of economic Zones World.
