Jordan Ahli Bank’s Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Academy recently hosted a training session on the Jordanian Labor Law in collaboration with the Noor Initiative for Legal Training.

The event was held as part of the bank’s 2013 free training programon July 6^th 2013 at the Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel with aims to empower university students and fresh graduateswith the knowledge they need regarding employee/employer relations.

The session highlighted the rights and obligations imposed on both employer and employee, the law regarding overtime, working conditions, and working hours, alongside other aspects that ensure a healthier working environment for thriving companies.
