Jordan Ahli Bank’s SME Academy Unit holds training workshop on effective communication

In continuation of its free training programs geared toward small and medium enterprises (SMEs), Jordan Ahli Bank's SME Academy Unit recently held a new training workshop on the principles of effective communication in the workplace, which took place at the Sheraton Hotel under the guidance of certified instructor Sereen Abu Maizar.
The workshop program was designed to reinforce the knowledge and skills of its participants, who comprised of Jordan Ahli Bank's clients, SME owners, and members of its upper management to gain knowledge and expertise on running their business.
The workshop program covered several essential clusters, including elements of the communication process and the factors that influence it, forms of communication, channels of communication at work, giving instructions, offering and receiving feedback, deliver effective presentations by using verbal and nonverbal language, and finally participate in and conduct meetings effectively, in order to enable SMEs achieve their goals and develop their institutions.
