Jotun paints hosts ‘Golf Challenge 2012’ for the benefit of the Qatar National Cancer Society

Jotun Paints, one of the world’s leading producers and distributors of paints and powder coatings, successfully organized its annual ‘Golf Challenge 2012’ charity event recently at the Doha Golf Club. Proceeds for this year’s event went to the Qatar National Cancer Society (QNCS), the country’s leading charitable institution focused on increasing awareness on the dreaded disease and provides assistance to needy cancer patients.
A total of 80 golf players participated in the event, composing of top senior executives and representatives from the decorative, protective and marine segments. This year’s winners included Steve Reid, Frank Harrigan, Adnan Rashid and Tami Al Hajri, finishing with a net team score of 60.
