KIA’s 2016 Roadshow concludes to Positive Market Demand
Al Majid Motors Co, the sole distributor of KIA motors in the UAE, recently concluded a successful UAE roadshow. The country-wide tour was spread over six major malls across four Emirates. The organisation reported that the displays of Kia vehicles in the shopping centres had attracted more customers wanting to book test drives as opposed to last year.
“The feedback which we have received from the test drives has been remarkably positive so far,” said Mohammed Khader, President of Al Majid Motors Co, KIA. “We saw a stellar turnout of over 64,000 attendees at the Roadshow and concluded over 2,500 total test drives,” he added. “Kia motors have an established reputation for offering outstanding performance and utilising the most advanced technology for their respective market segments. We are expecting a high demand for the All-new Sportage SUV, as we had 600 test drives of the Sportage and it was the most popular car model at the Roadshow,” he added.
Dubai was the first port of call for the Kia Roadshow 2016, with the company’s range of cars on display at Dubai Festival City Mall on February 19th. Next on the itinerary was Manar Mall in Ras Al-Khaimah on February 26th. On March 4th the Roadshow took place at Bawadi Mall in Al Ain before returning to Dubai again for its stop at Arabian Center on March 11th. Next was Fujairah at Lulu Mall on March 18th, followed by the final stop at Al Qasba in Sharjah on March 25th.
