The KIA Concept Niro EV combines the stylish design of a modern compact SUV with the high efficiency of a next-generation electric vehicle powertrain.

KIA Motors Corp., through its sole UAE distributor Al Majid Motors Co., is proud to announce that its Concept Niro EV has won the coveted Reviewed.com Editors’ Choice Award in the automotive category. The award was presented at the 2018 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, where hundreds of products were put to the test by a team of product experts.

The KIA Concept Niro EV combines the stylish design of a modern compact SUV with the high efficiency of a next-generation electric vehicle powertrain. The vehicle features new production technologies that are earmarked for KIA’s future EV line-up, including a high-capacity 64 kWh lithium-polymer battery pack paired with a powerful 150 kW electric motor. The KIA Concept Niro EV produces zero tailpipe emissions and can achieve a driving range of 238 miles (383 kilometres) between charges.

CES is the world's gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technologies, and has served as the proving ground for innovators and breakthrough technologies for 50 years. CES 2018 marks the fourth year of a partnership between Reviewed.com and the Consumer Technology Association.
