Leading German tour operator visits Ramada Ajman

Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman, a premier destination for business and leisure travellers, played host to Mr. Daniel Esvandi, Senior Product Manager of JT Touristik, one of the leading tour operators in the German market and one of the biggest leisure partners of the property.

Mr. Iftikhar Hamdani, General Manager, received Mr. Esvandi to the property during his one day stay and thanked him and his company for their support and huge effort in promoting Ramada Ajman and the emirate as a destination of choice for the German market. He said: “We are very pleased and honoured to welcome Mr. Esvandi to our property. We are very thankful for his visit which is very important because it will give him first-hand information about Ramada Ajman which in turn will help him promote better our property and the emirate to the German market. Indeed, it was a privilege to host his stay!”

JT Touristik is Ramada Ajman’s biggest leisure partner since 2009 and brings the biggest numbers of guests from Germany to the property. In 2010, the tour operator brought 35,000 German tourists to the UAE and booked 150,000 room nights for different hotels. This year, they are aiming to reach 50,000 tourists and a target of 100,000 German tourists per year by 2015.

During the visit, Mr. Iftikhar extended his congratulations to Ms. Jasmine Taylor, CEO of JT Touristik for winning the “Travel Industry Manager of the Year 2011”, one of the most respected awards in the German tourism industry.
