LG enriches gaming in the UAE by crowning the winners of its 3D Gaming Championship

LG awards the 2012 winners of the LG 3D Gaming Championship, held at The Living Rooms video games café in Dubai Festival City for one month.

The championship kicked off last November and gathered more than 1000 participants as they were given the chance to compete and an opportunity to be recognized by their peers and competitors as the ultimate 3D Gaming Champion in the UAE. As the competitive battle lasted for four weeks, only eight finalists had made it to the Grand Finale that witnessed the crowning of the UAE’s 3D Gaming Champion.

The champions of the FIFA 13 game, Ricardo lopes Da Silva and Omar Tahir of Need for Speed games both received the LG 47 inches CINEMA 3D SMART TV which is perfect for gaming since it comes with 5 pairs of 3D glasses that are comfortable and easy to wear, cinema screen design, freeview HD, WI-FI, magic remote control. The two runner ups didn’t leave the competition empty handed as they also received the LG home theater system.

The participants had the chance to enjoy the game’s spirit on LG 55 inches LM9600 CINEMA 3D SMART TV that offers an impressive Cinema screen, Dual Play function for gamers that allow dual-player games to be played without having to split the screen, an expansive selection of 3D movies, sports and games, 3D Sound Zooming feature which generates sound that is synchronized with the displayed 3D content, 3D Depth Control a new 3D visual technology that lets users adjust the depth or the distance between the on-screen objects, over 1,200 Smart TV apps globally and a user-friendly Magic Remote.
