LG Electronics holds 2013 Q1 Mobile Communications Dealers Convention

LG Electronics recently held its Q1 Mobile Communications Dealers Convention at the Le Meridien Amman Hotel, on March 27th 2013. In attendance was LG’s team of dealers and mobile distributer “New Vision” from Jordan, alongside members of LG Electronics Management and Mobile Communications department teams.

In his keynote address at the Convention, LG Electronics Levant Managing Director, Mr. Tae Hun Ryu expressed feelings of gratitude and appreciation towards Jordan’s team of LG’s mobile distributor “New Vision” and dealers, while also taking the opportunity to emphasize the pivotal role they play in driving Mobile Business growth forward in Jordan.   

Some of the main achievements highlighted at the event included: LG Electronics high sales volumes of L-Series handsets, whereby the company sold more than 15 million units of the L-Series globally to date. Such optimistic figures, position the L-Series to take root as LG’s global representative model within the 3G market.

Commenting on these outcomes and their influence on company future plans, Mr. Ryu said, “LG Electronics is looking at a very successful year, with plans to sell over 10 million units of the L-Series handset in 2013 alone. With a vision to capitalize on current achievements, the Company is seeking to introduce new upgraded models of the L-series to the Jordanian market. Furthermore, it is also looking to reward its long term partners, the dealers and distributors, for exceptional performance, as their role is indispensible within LG Electronics’ equation of success.”
