Lord Mayor of London briefed on Msheireb Downtown Doha

A senior delegation of British business leaders, led by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman David Wootton, visited the Msheireb Enrichment Centre today escorted by Mr. Mohammed Al Marri, director project of Msheireb Properties.

The Lord Mayor, who is on a two-day tour of Qatar, examined a detailed model of the ground-breaking Msheireb Downtown Doha project, and was briefed on the principles in sustainable urban planning defining its development.

A graduate in Law and the Classics from Cambridge University, Mr Wootton is the 648^th Lord Mayor of London.
