Mahmoudia Motors organizes Ramadan Iftar for Orphans at Children's Museum Jordan

In keeping with its corporate social responsibility programs for the holy month of Ramadan, Mahmoudia Motors - the sole and official dealer of Jaguar and Land Rover cars in Jordan - has organized an Iftar gathering for 200 children from numerous orphanages across the Kingdom on Thursday 2 July, 2015. Held at the Children's Museum Jordan (CMJ), the Iftar featured a group of Mahmoudia Motors employees, all of whom joined the children in various activities and enjoyed the different interactive teaching aids provided by the CMJ.

“This annual tradition allows us to reach out to children and share with them the joys of Ramadan. It also corresponds with our interest in fulfilling our responsibility towards all members of the community, particularly less fortunate children, so that we may draw a smile, spread love, and promote the spirit of harmony and social solidarity during the holy month,” commented General Manager of Mahmoudia Motors, Abdimajid Haithar.

The Children's Museum Jordan is a non-profit educational initiative launched by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2007. The CMJ offers more than 150 dynamic exhibits within its indoor and outdoor halls. It also comprises multiple educational facilities that include a library and an art studio, in addition to year-around educational programs. Since its opening, the CMJ has attracted more than one million visitors.
