Mercedes-Benz Oman Extends Opening Hours for the Commercial Vehicle Workshop in Muscat

Continuing its ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service and aftersales care, Mercedes-Benz Oman has announced new opening hours for its Commercial Vehicle workshop in Muscat. Commercial Vehicle customers can access the Muscat workshop six days a week, from 6:00am – 6:00pm Sunday to Thursday and from 8:00am – 5:30pm on Saturdays. This initiative is designed to decrease disruption to customers’ business and operational schedules and make the process of workshop appointments as convenient as possible.

“I am pleased to announce the new working hours in our Muscat workshop specifically designed to meet the needs of our Commercial Vehicle customers. We understand that many of our Customers face challenges in scheduling their vehicles for routine maintenance due to the operating time restrictions on some of Muscat’s roads from Sunday to Thursday. Trucks, vans and busses are essential to our Customers’ businesses and time in the workshop can significantly impact their operations.
