Millennium Resort Mussanah Hosts the Annual GM Summit for Millennium & Copthorne MEA Hotels & Resorts

Millennium Resort Mussanah, the award-winning luxury beach-side property developed by Omran, the leading tourism-related investment‚ development and Management Company in Oman recently hosted the 3-day annual General Manager’s Think Blue Ocean Summit for Millennium & CopthorneHotels and Resorts MEA.

Kevork Deldalian, Chief Operating Officer, Millennium & Copthorne, MEA, welcomed General Managers from the group’s hotels & resorts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates as well as senior management from the regional office. Discussions centered on strategic plans for 2019, expansion plans for Millennium & Copthorne MEA, best practices and innovations focused around exceptional customer experiences and sustaining profitability. 

The Think Blue Ocean concept & strategy was presented at the Summit, allowing the industry leaders to devise ways to use creative thinking to accelerate growth and capture increased market.
