MoF holds annual forum honoring its strategic partners

In an effort to enhance communication and consultation with its key and strategic partners and in line with its commitment to inform them on the latest developments regarding the implementation of its strategic plan; the Ministry of Finance ( MoF) recently organised the Annual Forum of 2013 at the Beach Rotana Hotel- Abu Dhabi. The event was attended by each of HE Obaid Humaid Al Tayer, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, HE Younis Haji Al Khouri, Undersecretary of MoF, assistant undersecretaries, heads of departments of MoF, employees at the Ministry as well as strategic and key partners.

The forum highlighted the latest developments achieved by the Ministry for the year 2012 which were due to the commitment of all sectors at the Ministry in implementing the axes of the strategic plan for the year 2011-2013 as well as the Ministry’s employees willingness to achieve excellence and leadership standards.

During the forum a presentation was given on all future axes that will be included in the Ministry’s strategic plan for the years 2014-2016, the priorities, the strategic objectives and indicators, the development programmes and key activities in addition to the operational indicators.

The forum was concluded with MoF honoring its distinguished strategic partners who have contributed to support the operations and the Ministry’s achievement over the past year. The Ministry also honored distinct categories on departmental, team or employee levels in order to encourage them to work diligently and efficiently and to achieve excellence in their careers.
