The Finance Ministry holds a briefing about the Gulf Common Market at the American University in UAE

Based on its role in spreading awareness and knowledge on the importance of the Gulf Common Market (GCM) and the Market’s positive impact on the local community, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) recently held a briefing on the Gulf Common Market at the American University in the Emirates (AUE) in Dubai. The meeting aimed to inform students about the major characteristics and advantages of the GCM and shed light on the strategic role played by MoF as the authority responsible of following up on the functionality of the GCM in the UAE.
MoF’s delegation included Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Head of GCC & Arab Countries at MoF, and Dr. Sahel Al Rousan, Economic Expert at MoF, Reem Al Shamsi, Free Trade Negotiator, Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al-Kaabi, Economic researcher at MoF and Salman Aflatoon, Economic Researcher at MoF. The delegation was met by Dr. Muthanna Abdul Razzak, President of AUE, as well as a number of staff from the university.
