Msheireb Properties CEO hosts Indian Ambassador at Msheireb Enrichment Centre

Her Excellency Mrs Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa, the Indian Ambassador to Qatar, is the latest international dignitary to visit Msheireb Enrichment Centre in Doha for a personal briefing on the world’s first sustainable regeneration of a downtown area.

Eng. Issa Al Mohannadi, CEO of Msheireb Properties, today briefed the ambassador on the progress of the company’s signature Msheireb Downtown Doha project, and explained a detailed scale model of the development.

Located on Doha’s West Bay waterfront, the Msheireb Enrichment Centre is a public showcase of the US$5.5 billion regeneration project, including the principles in sustainable urban planning that are guiding the future development of Qatar.
