NBB and Batelco by Beyon Sign Agreement to Expand Integrated Retail Services

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) and Batelco by Beyon, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore strategic areas of collaboration within their retail and loyalty ecosystems. The strategic agreement aims to enhance customer engagement and broaden the range of value-added services accessible through both institutions. 

As part of the agreement, the two institutions will assess opportunities to align their loyalty programmes and introduce bundled services to enhance value and convenience for their customers. The partnership will further develop an integrated proposition, connecting Batelco’s and NBB’s digital platforms, while introducing tailored offers for users of both institutions.

Commenting on the occasion, Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani, Chief Executive – Retail Banking at NBB, stated, “We are excited to partner with Batelco in a shared mission to redefine customer experiences through innovation. Together, we will explore introducing smarter, more accessible solutions that simplify everyday interactions and support the Kingdom’s journey toward a fully connected digital future.”
