NBB Group Launches ‘Expert Talks’ Fostering a Culture of Knowledge Sharing & Recognition of Talent

The National Bank of Bahrain Group (NBB Group) has launched NBB Group Expert Talks, a knowledge sharing platform designed to recognise the wealth of expertise within the organisation, cultivate a stronger culture of learning, foster cross-functional collaboration, and promote informative dialogue.

Expert Talks is a series of engaging sessions spotlighting employees with niche capabilities and featuring external speakers. The initiative is designed to strengthen collaboration within the Group, recognise internal talent, and welcome external insights.
