NBK Automobiles ups its After-sales services extended opening hours

NBK Automobiles, the exclusive dealers of Mercedes-Benz in Qatar, has extended working hours of its Aftersales Service Centers in line with its continued strategy to upgrade its portfolio of services and cater to clients’ needs with utmost convenience and ease. The initiative follows NBK Auto’s key executive appointment of Can Karauc to lead its after-sales operations. 

Passenger Car Service Centers located in Industrial area, Al Mana Petrol Station and Gharrafah are now open from 7.00am till 12.00Midnight everyday between Saturday to Wednesday and from 7.00am till 5.30pm on Thursdays. NBK Auto’s Bodyshop Centre is open from 7.00am till 8.00pm from Saturday to Wednesday and from 7.00am till 5.30pm on Thursdays. The Commercial Vehicles Centre are operational from 8.00am till 5.00pm 7 days a week; however there is now 7 days 24 hours Call Center for emergency and it is on 5584 0930. The Company’s Parts Sales Counter is open between 7.00am and 6.00pm from Saturday to Thursday. 

Can Karauc, Manager of NBK Auto’s After-Sales said: “We’ve had a considerable increase in Mercedes-Benz car-park in Qatar owing to the impressively high volume of new vehicle sales in recent years and therefore we have a growing demand for the aftersales services. Thus, it is only natural to see ourselves geared towards enhancing our capacities to respond to their requests and be there for them whenever they expect us to. We listen to our Customers and we understand their daily busy schedules and therefore we made sure to increase our working hours and appointed new skilled personnel for the additional shifts.”
