Nissan Offers Exciting Opportunity To Experience The Driving Innovation Of Ariya

Offering audiences the opportunity to get behind the wheel of the all-electric Ariya and experience the ultimate expression of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, Nissan is proud to introduce the Ariya EV driving game as part of the brand’s digital activations launched during Expo 2020 Dubai. Staying true to its theme of ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’, Expo 2020 Dubai is encouraging the spirit of creativity and innovation by hosting a special UAE Innovates theme week to contribute and strengthen the country’s position as a global hub for innovation.
Coinciding with UAE Innovates, a nation-wide celebration and one that honors the widespread culture of innovation in the UAE, the EV driving game expands the boundaries of entertainment and allows players to “play with the Future of Mobility”, while learning about the Ariya and its class-leading features in an innovative and captivating environment.
Through a fascinating multi-level game, players have the opportunity to experience Nissan’s Intelligent Mobility features, including ProPILOT 2.0 and e-4ORCE and better understand the benefits of these systems on varying road conditions. By putting drivers behind the wheel of the Ariya, the game also showcases Nissan’s drive to create innovative customer experiences.
Thierry Sabbagh, Managing Director, Nissan Middle East, said: The Ariya is the epitome of Nissan Intelligent Mobility and through this digital activation we have been able to showcase its capabilities in building a safer and more connected world for all. This out-of-the-box activation, which combines our driving innovations with entertainment, is a testament to Nissan’s philosophy of creating ‘Innovation That Excites’; and by integrating a competitive touch, this game is bound to be a hit with customers across the region.”
Following its first regional showcase at Expo 2020 Dubai last year, the Ariya symbolizes Nissan’s forward-looking journey into the future of electrification and sustainable mobility. Forming part of the exclusive Nissan content created for Expo 2020 Dubai, the new Ariya digital game allows players to experience the workings and benefits of Nissan Intelligent Mobility first-hand and on a variety of road conditions. ProPILOT 2.0, a highly integrated driver assistance system that uses sensory cameras, GPS, and road infrastructure data, allows players to experience hands-free single lane driving in a safe and controlled environment.
Progressing through the levels, players pass through various e-4ORCE power up zones that appear on the course when needed the most, making for a strong visual representation of the benefits of electric drive control, 4WD control, and chassis control for superior grip, torque, and efficiency. Adding to the competitive element, the game also includes multiple challenges for players to conquer, including merging around vehicles autonomously, and allows for a neat graphic to be downloaded upon completion of the game to share with friends and on social media.
As the Official Automotive Partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, the EV Driving Game is the latest addition to The Nissan NEXT website that showcases a variety of information, including content developed specifically for the world fair. Serving as the central hub, the website also hosts the Origami campaign launched last month that encourages participants to make a commitment towards a more sustainable future and offers them the opportunity to design their own Origami bloom.
