The Nissan Tiida has won ‘Best Hatchback of the year’ in the ‘Middle East Car of the Year’ awards, bringing another prestigious trophy to the Japanese automaker’s bulging showcase. The ceremony was held recently in Dubai and was attended by top automotive industry players from the region.

The award was received by Monal Zeidan, Director of Marketing in Nissan Middle East who commented saying:“For the Tiida to be awarded asBest Hatchback of the Year is a tremendous honour for Nissan. Middle East Car of the Year is the region’s most reputed awards organization in the automotive industry and Nissan is always delighted to be recognized by this organization.”

Nissan Tiida hatchback, first introduced to the Middle East in 2005, continues to lead the C- hatchback segment with more than 35% market share.
