No More Food to Waste at Ramses Hilton!

As part of Ramses Hilton commitment to preserving the environment and helping develop the community, Ramses Hilton Management has made a partnership with the Egyptian Food Bank to donate the food surplus resulting from Events & Weddings. Where the food bank, repack into meals to be distributed to the needy people in worst condition areas.

As for the leftover cooked food; the Ramses Hilton has partnered with “ESMA” the Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals, where they send their cars to collect the leftover food in special containers. ESMA is a Charity Association that operates a shelter and adoption center to protect and rescue animals. They have over 1000 dogs & 800 cats. Until Now we have donated more than 600 kg of food to the shelter.

And as part of this leading initiative, being the first Hotel to participate in such activity, Our Blue Energy Committee have recently organized a visit to ESMA, where they spent the day between dogs & cats, feeding them and volunteering to spend some time with the animals.
It was a great experience.
