Taking care beyond fueling to new heights, Oman Oil Marketing Company (omanoil) successfully concluded ‘Customer Care Week’, a five-day event organized annually to reward customers for their loyalty over the years. omanoil celebrated the occasion with a range of activities and site visits designed to show appreciation to its internal and external customers. Led by CEO Eng. Omar Ahmed Salim Qatan, teams from omanoil also worked as fuel attendants for a day to express gratitude to its patrons.
Additionally, Oman Oil Marketing Company management team organized a series of high-profile meetings with key corporate customers to explore ways of nurturing their partnerships and enhancing support for the Sultanate’s economic development. Partners and dealers were personally hosted by Eng. Omar Ahmed Salim Qatan and other members of omanoil’s senior staff, who provided their guests with an in-depth overview of the company’s operations, mapped out plans for the future, and enjoyed a celebratory lunch in honor of the occasion.
