Ooredoo Chief Customer Experience Officer receives Corporate Excellence Award
Amaal Al Lawati, Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ooredoo, received an award for ‘Corporate Excellence’ during the fifth annual Al Mar’a Excellence Awards, for her accomplishments as a senior leader in the company. Held recently at the InterContinental Hotel Muscat, the Al Mar’a Excellence Awards are designed to inspire and recognise Omani women who distinguish themselves as innovators, leaders, and visionaries in their respective businesses and communities.
A member of the Ooredoo family for over a decade, Amaal grew rapidly within the company and held a number of key positions before being promoted to Chief Customer Experience Officer in July 2015. With over 20 years of experience in Oman’s telecoms and banking sectors, she has successfully overseen the expansion of Ooredoo’s award-winning Contact Centre and customer experience division.
