Presented by Ooredoo Oman in partnership with Oman Broadband, the championship brought together young players from across the country over eight weeks. Three champions were named, one per game title, each receiving a prize of OMR 1,000 and the title of Oman’s Gaming Champion in their respective discipline.

Commenting on the role of digital infrastructure in delivering Oman’s first national esports championship, Eng. Sultan Ahmed Al Wahaibi, Chief Executive Officer of Oman Broadband, said:
“The successful delivery of a nationwide esports tournament of this scale is a reflection of the quality of Oman’s digital infrastructure. Every qualifying round and Grand Final match was broadcast live and delivered without disruption. It is a testament to what the country’s connectivity can support.
Our partnership with Ooredoo on the Esports Cup 2026 reflects our dedication to enabling digital experiences that extend beyond commercial services.”
