Ooredoo Gears up for the Next Wave of Springboard and Spring Forward
Empowering men and women through digital entrepreneurship courses, Ooredoo is gearing up to open enrolment for another wave of Springboard and Spring Forward training. As part of its commitment to inspire future generations, both programmes will provide participants with the opportunity to enhance their skillsets by working closely with industry leaders and licensed trainers to further develop themselves and enrich their personal and professional growth.
Launched in April 2018, following the success of Springboard, Spring Forward is Ooredoo’s digital entrepreneurship and leadership programme open to both men and women. It aims to harness the strengths of its participants through dedicated coaching and provides guidance to participants; helping them build their teamworking skills and leadership competencies to rise to the top.
Catering specifically to women, the Springboard programme consists of a number of courses over a period of three months, including workshops on confidence building, goal setting, networking, work-life balance, and key business building skills. To date, Springboard has been introduced to over 252,287 women in over 46 countries, with 408 licensed trainers globally, empowering them to lead healthier, happier and more productive lives.
