Ooredoo Goodwill Journey Starts Second Week in Seeb
After a weekend spent attending to the Goodwill convoy vehicles and preparing for the second leg of the Ooredoo Goodwill Journey, a second team of volunteers set out for Seeb to a lively send-off from the Ooredoo Headquarters at Muscat Grand Mall.
Upon arriving in As Seeb, the Ooredoo Goodwill Journey volunteers opened up another incubator at the Oman Women’s Association branch in the Wilayat. The ambassadors donated laboratory equipment to the incubator including laptops, sewing tools, beauty salon tools, and kitchen equipment. Contributing to the long-term welfare of the people of the area, these freshly equipped Ooredoo supported facilities will help members of the community build in-demand vocational skills so they can take advantage of available employment opportunities. They are further intended to be of assistance to prospective entrepreneurs as they prepare to make their business dreams come true.
As has become traditional with the Ooredoo Goodwill volunteers, the latter part of their day was dedicated to celebrating the generous heart of the Holy Month by presenting household gifts to less fortunate families.
The Goodwill convoy now heads south to extend their support to Al Kamil wa Al Wafi, Ibra, Haima and Dhalkot.
