Ooredoo Launches New 'Live Chat' Service on Its App

Championing digital innovation, Ooredoo launched a real-time live chat service on its award-winning app, in a major boost to customer experience. Embedding person-to-person interactions within its internet-based services, the initiative provides a gateway for app-users to receive instant support from the company no matter where they are in the world.
The live chat service will be deployed on both Android and iOS operating systems, with Ooredoo’s customer service champions available from 10am to 10pm, seven days a week. The addition of a dedicated ‘human factor’ on the self-care application will deliver the ultimate convenience through real-time answers to boost long-term relationships to app-users from across Oman.

The easy-to-use digital solution puts the company’s point of sale services at the fingertips of users, allowing them to pay bills, recharge, manage multiple lines, and view real-time billing information seamlessly. Available for free on both android and iOS operating systems, the milestone app recently received a Gold Stevie Award during the 14th Annual International Business Awards.
