Ooredoo Launches New Wave of Springboard Programme, Empowering Oman’s Future Leaders

Ooredoo has launched the latest wave of its flagship Springboard programme, continuing its mission to empower Omani women to unlock their full potential. The launch follows the success of previous waves, which have supported over 5,000 particiants.

Designed by women, for women, the course empowers participants to unlock their full potential through self-discovery, confidence building, and effective communication. The course strengthens teamwork, time management, and resilience while promoting a supportive network that enhances well-being and career progression. For businesses, it directly contributes to stronger inclusion practices, and ensures a more motivated, future-ready workforce.

This year’s wave includes participants from diverse entities such as the Al Shura Council, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Housing and Planning, Ministry of Investment and Commerce, NRAA, Royal Navy of Oman, Tamkeen International Foundation, OQ, Towell Group, alongside businesswomen, graduates, freelancers, artists and mental health coaches.

As part of Ooredoo’s long-standing social investment strategy, Springboard is recognised as among the most impactful CSR initiatives in Oman. The latest wave highlights Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to empowering communities and enabling young Omanis to play an active role in shaping the nation’s future.
