Thousands of Kuwaiti families who suffer from Down Syndrome, converged on Discovery Mall last weekend for Wonderland for a Cause’s third fun-packed weekend of activities. Fun raised at the event  was used to raise awareness and support families of children with Down Syndrome, a genetic anomaly that effects many families in Kuwait.

At the conclusion of festivities, Wonderland For a Cause thanked Ooredoo Kuwait for its participation as the event’s main sponsor and also for contributing to the activities and excitement.

Mijbil AlAyoub, Director of Corporate Communications for Ooredoo Kuwait said: “We are humbled to be thanked by our customers - this was a worthy initiative and one which we felt very deeply to be associated with. We thank everyone who participated in the initiative for creating such a successful gathering and for raising so much for those who need it most. ”

Wonderland for a Cause took place in the garden and parking lot of Discovery Mall and all proceeds are donated to Abeer 2 Center, a center specialized in helping families of children with Down Syndrome.
