Open Day for the American University of Bahrain Draws Hundreds of Visitors

After the American University of Bahrain (AUBH) opened its admission process for the first term in September 2019, hundreds of students and parents attended the University’s first Open Day at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain Bay to ask questions and fill out applications for admission.

Established as the first purpose-built American-style University in the Kingdom with the promise to offer a unique, world-class educational experience prevalent in the best universities globally, AUBH’s Open Day event witnessed an overwhelming turnout of interested students and parents wishing to learn more about the University and its offering and further engage with the University staff.

Dr. Susan E. Saxton, Founding President of AUBH stated, “We were overwhelmed with the great attendance during the Open Day, and even more enthused with those who are visiting our 12th floor office in the World Trade Center to enroll for the first term. When the phones started ringing non-stop in the office, we decided to host a second Open Day next week for those who were unable to join us first time around.”

The second AUBH Open Day will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain Bay on Thursday, May 16th, 2019 from 9pm to 12am. There will be a presentation, starting at 9:30 and ending at 10, and the opportunity to discuss enrollment with AUBH advisors.
