Philip Morris Jordan Certified As Top Employer For The Sixth Year In A Row

Philip Morris Jordan, an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), was recognized as the Top Employer in Jordan, for the sixth year in a row. The certificate was granted by Top Employers’ Institute to organizations and institutions that showcase excellence in human resources practices and provide the best workplace environment for all their employees.

The certification is a further recognition of the sustainability of PMI’s leading position and the progress it is making as part of its transformation. As part of the certification and evaluation process, PMI was required to demonstrate to independent Human Resource auditors how it has been excelling across various HR dimensions, which include adopting excellent HR policies, processes, people practices as well as providing distinct opportunities for career advancement. This, is in addition to being an employer of choice focused on meeting the needs of a globally diverse workforce.
