QIB Partners With Visa for 2018 FIFA World Cup Prizes

QIB, in partnership with Visa, the world’s leader in digital payments, will grant 5 fully paid packages to fly to Russia and attend the 2018 FIFA World Cup semi-final matches. 

Visa is the official payment partner of the FIFA World Cup.

The promotion will run from January 15 to April 15, 2018.

Each of the five packages to be won will cover the expenses for two individuals, the lucky winner and one companion. The fully paid packages will cover the airfare cost, deluxe accommodation, tickets for a 2018 FIFA World Cup semi-final match with pre-match hospitality and a guided tour to the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg, courtesy of Visa.

“The 2018 FIFA World Cup is the biggest and most anticipated football event worldwide. QIB is excited to grant 5 lucky Visa cardholders the chance to watch live the semi-finals of the 2018 FIFA World CupTM Russia,” said D Anand, QIB’s General Manager, Personal Banking Group.

“Football is well-rooted in Qatar and we are proud to take an active role in the FIFA World CupTM and let our customers live the experience as Qatar is getting ready to host the next FIFA World CupTM in 2022” he added.

Customers who use their Visa credit cards locally or internationally, and those who use their Visa debit card internationally for a minimum of QR5,000 during the month, will be eligible to enter the monthly draw which will select one winner every month.
Customers who will use the same cards for a minimum of QR 15,000 during the 3 month-campaign will also get two chances to win the fully paid 2018 FIFA World Cup packages.
