By implementing Darwinbox's advanced HRMS solution, SalamAir continues to drive the culture of empowerment and transparency, enhancing operational efficiency and prioritizing employee engagement. With this new system, SalamAir anticipates that nearly 90% of manual HR tasks will shift to a digital platform, empowering HR professionals to focus on more strategic activities while providing employees with a seamless and accessible HR experience.
