Fogueira Restaurant and Sama Lounge named finalists in What’s On Awards

Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence, a premier hotel in Dubai’s prestigious leisure destination, announced that two of its dining outlets have been cited as finalists in the recently concluded What’s On Awards, honouring the best in leisure, entertainment and dining establishments in Dubai as voted by the public.

Fogueira Restaurant, the first Brazilian Churrascaria in Dubai, and Sama Lounge, the Arabic Terrace, were named among the final three restaurants in  the awards’ “Favourite: The Americas” and “Favourite: Middle Eastern” Restaurants Over Dhs 400 categories respectively.

Now on its second year of operation, Fogueira Restaurant was also cited as a finalist in the same category in 2013. The establishment is located on the 35th floor of the hotel with stunning views of Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach. It offers an all-you-can-eat Brazilian barbeque featuring endless cuts of meat with traditional appetizers and a salad bar. The authentic Brazilian dining experience at Fogueira is complemented with live entertainment and special Samba dance performances. 

Sama Lounge, which was nominated for the first time this year, offers Arabic mezzes, mixed grill and delights and a wide selection of shishas and beverages. Also located on the 35th floor of Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence, it is an ideal place to relax under the stars with a stunning view of the Palm Jumeirah. 

Ramada Plaza Jumeirah Beach Residence is also home to Shores Restaurant, the property’s onsite all-day dining restaurant; The Lounge, the hotel’s coffee shop; and American-themed bar Speakeasy.
