Samsung Supports Design Talents by Sponsoring Red Bull Stitched Competition

Samsung Electronics Levant announced its support in the Red bull Stitched Competition; with its strategic sponsorship, which encouraged designers to present a new and unique vision for the modern Abaya, where the first place winner will get the chance to win a trip to attend the Milan Fashion Week.     

Samsung Electronics Levant’s support for this event comes from its believe in the importance of sponsoring youth creative talents and encourage them to innovate, inspired by the evolution offered in its products based on Samsung’s long history in design.   

Mr. Changsup Lee, Samsung Electronics Levant President, commented on the sponsorship by saying: “Samsung’s brand has been associated with distinctive design, the unique innovations we offer are based on Samsung’s unique legacy in design and our heritage in technology”,

“And we extended our support to this event, to encourage our youth to challenge their creative abilities and come up with modern designs for the Abaya, which is known by its simplicity as part of the Arabic woman culture”, he added.     

Red bull Stitched Competition recently concluded by hosting a fashion show for 24 designers who were qualified to the final stage, the top winners at the competition were chosen by a jury hosting the Lebanese designer Rami Alkadi. During the fashion show, Samsung had a booth designed to showcase its technologies, allowing the audience to interact and experience its latest innovations which sets high standards in smartphones with its modern designs and advanced technologies.
