Samsung takes mobile innovation to the next level with the Samsung GALAXY Note

Samsung Electronics Co, the global leader in mobile technologies and an award-winning innovator, launched the 5.3” HD Super AMOLED display GALAXY Note Smartphone. The launch was announced in a press conference attended by Duke Park, General Manager of Samsung Egypt, in addition to key IT journalists, bloggers and developers. 

The GALAXY Note is a new cutting-edge addition to Samsung’s portfolio of flagship smart devices, and is not only equipped with the core on-the-go benefits which Samsung’s advanced mobile devices have become known for, but also offers new high tech, unique and unrivaled features.

The GALAXY Note features the world’s first and largest HD Super AMOLED display, standing at 5.3”, in size. It is an expansive high-resolution screen that provides an immersive viewing experience. As the name suggests, the GALAXY Note is great for keeping notes, sparing users the need to carry around a paper notebook. The function allows users to create, edit and share with more styles than ever before with the help of Samsung’s advanced pen-input technology; the S Pen. Combined with the GALAXY Note’s full touch screen, the S pen, allows users to freely capture and create ideas while on the go; drawing and sending handwritten images and notes via text message, email, and Samsung’s ChatON communication service. The digital S Pen can also be used for accurate sketching and artwork, making the GALAXY Note a perfect fit for artists. At just 9.65mm thick, the GALAXY Note fits comfortably in your pocket, offering true portability. 

To ensure users can fully utilize the S pen feature, the smartphone device also features Samsung’s S Memo technology, a multimedia application designed to record all forms of user-created content. Pictures, voice recordings, typed text, handwritten notes or drawings can all be captured via a single application and converted to a ‘memo’, to be edited, annotated and shared as desired. For an even faster and smoother user interface, the phone comes equipped with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor ensuring the device is incredibly fast and offers seamless usability. Lightning fast network speeds are enabled through the HSPA+ enabled device’s super-fast connection, ensuring a quick browsing experience, allowing users to stream videos in real-time or engage with their friends through online gaming platforms.
