Dubai has welcomed new, exciting culinary experiences thanks to The Dubai Mall, with a number of restaurant openings over the last few months, including some new debuts in the Fashion Avenue expansion.

Exclusively at The Dubai Mall, COVA Patisserie, one of Italy’s oldest and most beloved coffeehouses dating back to 1817, brings its rich Milanese heritage to the Ground Floor of the new Fashion Avenue expansion. Nestled alongside it, the old-meets-new Italian fusion eatery GIA Ristorante features an all- day dining menu with quintessential Italian favourites made with a focus on fresh ingredients straight from Italy.

L’eto has also arrived on the Second Floor of the new expansion, a London-borne concept which has made its way to the region. Featuring a Mediterranean style menu, L’eto is known for their scrumptious cakes, tasty truffles and a la carte delights served over breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Also newly arrived at Fashion Avenue on the Third Floor, and offering stunning top floor views of the Dubai Fountains, is the very popular local concept Logma, which shares the rich heritage of Emirati and Khaleeji cuisine in a contemporary setting. Meaning ‘bites’ in Arabic, Logma services a range of traditional dishes including machbous and khameer.

Next door, is Huqqa / The Market a well-known haunt from Turkey, straight from the Bosporus. Featuring a mouth-watering menu of Turkish delights, Western dishes, creative cocktails and edible coffee art, Huqqa offers a large outdoor terrace with bird’s-eye views of Downtown Dubai.  

The first Starbucks Reserve in Dubai is now open on the First Floor of the Fashion Avenue expansion, emanating the brand’s commitment to immersive experiences of coffee craft, as part of an ongoing pursuit to deliver rare and refined small-lot coffees from around the world. The Dubai Mall location is one of only three Starbucks Reserve locations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

New Shanghai lands in Dubai direct from Melbourne, Australia – marking its long-awaited debut in the GCC. The concept will transport guests to the bustling streets of 1930’s Shanghai with tantalising soups, dumplings, hot pots, pan-fried buns and more. The restaurant, which is on the mall’s Lower Ground floor also features the ‘Dumping Theatre’ where guests can view the preparation of their dim sum and dumplings.

Internationally renowned Pret A Manger,a UK institution, also brings its handmade natural foods into the city, delivering the best of brand’s fresh coffees, ready-to-go sandwiches, croissants and more. With outdoor waterfront seating, Pret A Manger is already gaining a legion of fans.

With over 200 F&B outlets to choose from, and many featuring breath-taking views over The Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall is the ultimate dining destination and passport to a world of flavours.
