Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, du is presenting Tariq Al Ali and Dawood Hussein’s play, ‘Al Tartangi’ on 5-6 January at Ras Al Khaimah Cultural Centre. This second-time showing in the UAE follows the great reception the play received when performed in Abu Dhabi last year, as part of the telecommunications company’s efforts to promote and showcase the Gulf comedy arts scene and regional heritage.

Al Tartangi’, featuring Tariq Al Ali, Dawood Hussein and Alaa Morsi, is a dynamic theatrical performance that will enthrall fans with witty wordplay and dynamic comedy-oriented skits.

“Tariq Al Ali’s ‘Al Tartangi’ was so well-received when he performed it in Abu Dhabi that we wanted to help share the magic of his performance and the play’s witty plotlines with even more of our comedy-loving Emirati and other customers. This is the seventh time we have supported Tariq and his creative ventures; we are very proud to be associated with someone of his calibre, and we look forward to further promote him and other artistes from the region, in support of the Gulf’s vibrant culture and rich heritage,” said Hala Badri, Executive Vice President, Brand and Communications, du.
