Ski Dubai now offers monthly Snow-Aerobics fat burning boot camp

Ski Dubai, the region’s leading ski resort has announced it will be offering a monthly fat burning boot camp that is focused on customized 45 minute snow aerobic work-out sessions, as part of a 30 day fitness plan. 

Geared at weight loss and complimented by a unique and memorable high impact work-out experience, Snow- robics will be offered every month, every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 am and 9:00 am. Participants can opt for single sessions at AED 90/- or AED 1,000/- for 12 sessions over the month. 

Registration is on a first come first served basis and is now open at www.skidxb.com. To ensure maximum benefit, participants will be weighed in at the beginning and end of the four weeks to determine their weight loss and also recommended healthy meal plans and nutritional guidelines. 

Classes will be limited to 30 participants and focus on high intensity circuit training using one’s own body weight and other functional exercises, led by qualified instructors. Ski Dubai will also provide workout mats and jackets, if participants request them. Guests are encouraged to layer up and come prepared to partake in an intense, fat burning session that will get their adrenaline pumping and leave them invigorated for the rest of the day.
