Skincare tips to welcome winter

Our skin reacts to the change of seasons. As the sun sets earlier in the winter months, and the evenings and mornings become cooler, oily skin tends to become ‘normal’ while normal skin becomes drier. The fall, transitioning between summer and winter, is the perfect time to repair the skin from the sun damage caused by the summer months.

In cooler months, as the heat, moisture and humidity start to drop, the skin will start craving for more hydration. Cleansers must be gentler to adapt to these changes and moisturizers have to be more intense, especially for dry and normal to dry skins.
