The Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City Hotel recently announced the launch of a unique business lunch offer for business executives as well as for in-house guests at its renowned Soul and Spice Indian restaurant. Diners can now enjoy their lunch break or business lunch meetings as part of this special offering, which has been designed to fit a time frame of 45 minutes only. This allows guests to unwind, chat, enjoy their meal and have a cup of tea or coffee – all of this while relaxing in the soothing Indian music and tasteful ambience of the Soul and Spice. 

The Soul & Spice restaurant, located on the 2nd level of the Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City hotel, offers original Indian recipes with a unique contemporary twist. Famed for its calming ambience and delicious meals, the restaurant is a popular choice for those seeking a smart casual dining experience coupled with the famous Marriott hospitality.

Soul & Spice’s delicious new business menu includes a wide array of varieties for appetizers, main course and desserts which have been specially designed keeping the working professional in mind. The menu includes starters such as Aloo Tikki (made up of pan fried potato cake served with chickpea masala and prawns), as well as avocado salads containing prawn and avocado (dredged with lemon zest dressing and served cold). For main course, diners can chose from a set of choices such as the Murgh Kali Mirch (which is made up of tender boneless chicken pieces cooked in simmering fresh cracked pepper gravy), as well as the famous Chicken Tikka (made up of boneless chicken pieces marinated to perfection with yogurt and cooked in a clay oven) and much more.
